1. Dover Township shall prepare and maintain a contingency plan that addresses the following issues:
A. Determines who is responsible for the coordination of response actions.
B. Identifies alternative water supply sources.
C. Makes arrangements for necessary technical, logistical, and financial resources to implement the contingency program.
2. It shall be the responsibility of the Township to review the contingency plan on an annual basis and update the plan if it is determined to be inadequate.
