§ 26-261. Subdivision and Land Development Review.

All subdivision proposals and other proposed new development plans within the wellhead protection zones shall be submitted to the Dover Township Board of Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors shall forward the plans to the Dover Township Planning Commission for review. It shall be the responsibility of the Planning Commission to recommend approval, disapproval, approval with modifications of the proposed subdivision or development plan to the Board of Supervisors and Zoning Officer.
