§ 26-251.   Reporting Requirements for Hazardous Material Spills.
   1.   The following requirements apply to all spills of hazardous materials at facilities which are not entirely contained and are released to the environment.
      A.   All spills shall be reported within 1 hour to Dover Township. A written report must be filed within 5 days of the occurrence including the following information:
         (1)   Name of facility, contact person, and telephone number.
         (2)   List of type, quantities, and concentration of hazardous substances released.
         (3)   Method of cleanup.
         (4)   Method of future release prevention or repair.
      B.   Reporting of spills to Dover Township shall not relieve the responsibility of the owner of reporting requirements of other regulator agencies.
