§ 26-183. Inspection.

The Township Engineer, Utilities Manager or Township Representative is hereby authorized to inspect any privately owned grinder pump unit or pressure line at reasonable hours to insure that it is in proper working order. If the pump unit or pressure line is not functioning properly, the Township Engineer, Utilities Manager or Township Representative may declare the same to be a public nuisance.
