§ 26-170.   Authority to Enact Ordinance.
   This Part is enacted by Dover Township pursuant to authority vested in Second Class Townships under Article XXVII of the Second Class Township Code Act of November 9, 1995; P.L. 350, No. 60, 53 P.S. 65101 et seq. as amended, the terms and conditions of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Code, 53 P.S. 10101 through 11202.
