The curb or gate valve is owned and operated by the Township, and shall not be operated by anyone other than the Township without the express written permission of the Township. Any person that operates the curb or gate valve without the express written permission of the Township shall be in violation of these regulations and, in addition to any fines, shall be responsible for any and all costs involved in any damage to the curb or gate valve.
