The Township or municipal authority or approved agent shall make all connections to its water mains. Upon payment of the required tapping/connection fee(s), the Township will tap the water main with the appropriate appurtenances to the right-of- way line, all of which shall be and shall remain the property of the Township and shall be maintained by the Township.
