To the extent that a penalty provision is not otherwise provided for in this Chapter 26, then the following penalty provision shall apply for any violation of any Section of this Chapter 26:
Any owner, occupant, tenant or person who violates or permits the violation of any provision of this Chapter shall commit a summary criminal offense, and upon conviction by a district justice, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 plus costs, and imprisonment to the extent allowed by law for summary offenses for each violation. Each day of a violation, and each separate violation of this code, shall be considered a separate violation.
