§ 22-715.   Utility Line Installation.
   In developments of five or more lots, electric, telephone and all other utility facilities shall be installed underground. The developer shall be required, prior to final plan approval, to obtain a letter from the appropriate utility company confirming that the developer has entered into an agreement to provide for an underground electric and telephone system in accordance with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Investigation Docket #99, as amended, or has obtained a waiver from said Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission to allow overhead electric and telephone facilities.
