Development of tracts of land consisting of 15 acres, or more, and where required by the Dover Township Zoning Ordinance [Chapter 27], must follow the conservation subdivision sketch design four-step process used in determining the layout of open space areas, greenway land, dwelling units, streets, stormwater management facilities, sanitary sewer facilities and lot lines. The applicant shall submit four separate sheets indicating the delineation of each step of the sketch design process to the Township for review by the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors prior to submission of a preliminary plan.
