§ 22-307.   Referral of Plans.
   1.   All plans, whether preliminary or final, shall be forwarded by the Township agent to the Township Planning Commission for review and recommendation.
   2.   Nine copies of the plans, two copies of the sewage planning module, three copies of the feasibility report on sewer and water, three copies of the stormwater management report and two copies of the traffic study shall be filed with the Township Agent at the time of application for subdivision or land development. The Township agent shall also provide copies to the following:
      A.   Township Public Works Director (3).
      B.   Township Sewer Authority (1).
      C.   Township Fire Chief/Fire Marshall (1).
      D.   Township Zoning Officer (2).
      E.   Township Planning Commission (1).
      F.   Township records (1).
   3.   The applicant shall file copies of the plans, required fees and necessary related documents to:
      A.   York County Conservation District.
      B.   Appointed Township Engineer.
      C.   York County Planning Commission.
      D.   Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
      E.   Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
