No plans will be considered by the Planning Commission or Board of Supervisors unless the applicant files said plans, along with an application for subdivision and land development, all required supporting documentation, a completed and executed Plan Content Certification, a signed Request for Waiver of Time and Communication Requirements for review and the required fees, to the Township agent no later than 4 p.m. on the day following the regularly scheduled monthly Planning Commission meeting. No application shall be deemed filed unless all requirements have been met and all fees therefore paid in full. The Township agent shall have 10 days to determine if the application packet is complete. If the packet is complete, the plan will be added to the next scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Incomplete application packets shall not be accepted and will be returned to the applicant. Plans filed subsequent to that time will not be considered for the next Planning Commission meeting agenda.
