§ 20-215.   Licensing of Collectors.
   No person shall engage in the business of collection of designated recyclables within the territorial limits of the Township unless such person shall have applied for and received a license under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Act 90 of 1992, Chapter 62, Waste Transportation Safety Act as amended.
