§ 19-106. Repealer.

It is the intent of this Chapter to replace in its entirety Chapter 19, “Stormwater Management,” and that the provisions of this Chapter shall control the management of stormwater within Dover Township and shall conform to the numbering system in Chapter 19 of the Dover Township Code of Ordinances.
