Township facilities which become hazardous for public use due to weather, water, fire, or unforeseeable conditions may be closed only at the discretion of the Township Manager, the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, the Chief of Police, Fire Chief, Facilities Superintendent or the Director of Parks & Recreation or their designate(s) may close the park(s), or elements of the park (i.e., sports fields) if hazardous conditions exist that endanger life or property. There shall be no trespassing on park property during such times.
