§ 15-809.   Record.
   The Snow Emergency Coordinator shall make or cause to be made a record of the date and time on which the declaration of a snow emergency or the announcement of a parking prohibition is first made to the public, and the date, time and conditions of any announcements made to the public of the termination of a snow emergency, either in part or in whole, in accordance with the requirements of § 15-1105.
