§ 15-807. Implementation and Enforcement.

This Part shall be enforced by the Snow Emergency Coordinator and other snow removal personnel and contractors which shall have authority to contact Northern York County Regional Police Department to implement the parking enforcement provisions thereof during snow emergencies and issue $10 parking tickets to first offenders.
