Owners or operators who fail to obey the snow emergency declaration, pursuant to this Part, or who interfere with Township employees, agents or contractors in the discharge of their snow removal duties or performance of their snow removal duties or performance of their contracts, shall have their vehicle(s) towed at the owner’s or operator’s expense except emergency vehicles. Towing and storage fees, as set by the Township, should be paid to the towing contractor by the vehicle owner or operator before the owner of such vehicle, or authorized person, shall be permitted to repossess or secure the release of the vehicle. Vehicles unclaimed within 60 days of towing and storage shall be deemed abandoned and subject to disposal as such in the manner authorized by law.
