1. Any person who shall violate the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon receiving written notice of such violation from the Dover Township Fire Chief or the Northern York County Regional Police, pay to Dover Township a penalty of $5 within 10 days of the time said notice is delivered. The placing of such notice on the motor vehicle or other obstruction to a fire lane shall constitute delivery thereof.
2. Any person who shall violate the provisions of this ordinance and shall fail or refuse to pay to Dover Township the penalty prescribed in penalty section of this Chapter shall, upon summary conviction thereof before a District Magistrate, be sentenced to pay a fins of not more than $15 and the costs of such prosecution.
