§ 15-406.   Authority of NYCRPD to Collect Fine.
   The NYCRPD is hereby authorized to collect any and all such fines and establish such service charges and procedures for collection of fines as are deemed necessary and appropriate by the Department. Fines so collected shall be disbursed weekly to the Township of Dover by the Department, if made payable to the Township of Dover. Checks made payable to NYCRPD shall be deposited by NYCRPD and disbursed quarterly to the Township of Dover.
