§ 15-405.   Effect of Failure to Pay Fine.
   Failure to pay the fine set forth in § 15-104 above, within the 10-day period after issuance, shall, upon conviction before a district magistrate, constitute a summary offense punishable by payment of a fine as set forth in the PA Motor vehicle Act, 75 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 3351-3354 and § 6502, as may be amended from time to time.
