§ 15-404.   Fine.
   A violation of any of the statutes identified in § 15-101 above shall be punishable by a fine of $10, payable to the Township of Dover, and delivered to the Northern York County Regional Police Department (NYCRPD) within 10 days of issuance and service of a parking violation notice. Service of such parking violation notice shall be effective upon placing the notice on the offending vehicle.
