The provisions of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicles Act, 75 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 3351-3354, concerning parking, and any existing parking regulation ordinances of Dover Township, all as may be amended from time to time, are deemed incorporated into this Ordinance as parking regulation ordinances of this municipality, except insofar as the procedures for enforcement and administration thereof, and amounts for the fines set forth therein, which are governed by sections hereafter.
