Pursuant to the authority granted under the Federal Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Chapter 5B, Regulatory Signing, and the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. Chapter 33, §§ 3301 through 3314, “Keep Right” intersections are hereby established as listed in Appendix J9, which is incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Section.
