§ 15-202.   No Passing Zones Established.
   1.   No passing zones are listed in Appendix J2, which is incorporated by reference into and made a part of this section, and it shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to overtake or pass another vehicle or to drive on the left side of the roadway in any no passing zone.
   2.   Any person who violates any provision of this Section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
