The purpose and objective of this Part is to have defined standards to regulate the home installation procedures for single-family manufactured dwellings, whether at new or existing manufactured home sites. These standards shall apply to all homes installed whether at new or existing manufactured sites, provided that these standards will not be applied retroactively to existing sites except where Dover Township considers such applications essential for the safety and health of the occupants or users of the sites.
