1. It is unlawful for any person to unreasonably obstruct, impede, or interfere with any parade or public assembly or with any person or vehicle participating in such parade or public assembly for which a permit has been issued in accordance with this Part.
2. The Township shall have the authority, when reasonably necessary, to prohibit or restrict the parking of vehicles along a highway, roadway, or alleyway constituting part of the parade or public assembly area.
