The Township may revoke any permit issued hereunder upon failure of the permittee to comply with the terms and conditions of said permit or because the parade or public assembly, because of the manner in which it is being conducted or any other reason, including an emergency situation, is jeopardizing the health, safety, welfare or well-being of the public as set forth in § 13-406 above.
