1. A processing fee to be set from time to time by resolution of the Township Board of Supervisors shall be submitted with the application.
2. No permit shall be issued until the applicant pays the processing fee. An applicant for a First Amendment activity who is unable, due to indigence, to pay the fee, may seek a waiver by submitting an affidavit attesting to the applicant’s inability to afford the fee and proof of indigence.
