§ 8-107.   Prior Suits or Proceedings.
   Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding in any court, any rights acquired or liability incurred, any permit issued, or any cause or causes of action existing under other ordinances of the Township prior to the enactment of this Chapter.
