§ 8-104.   Responsibilities and Duties.
   1.   The Treasurer or his or her designee is hereby appointed as the designated person who is authorized to carry out all responsibilities and duties stated herein.
   2.   When a fire occurs on a property, all property owners are to supply all insurance information to the Treasurer that is required for this Chapter.
