§ 27-661.   Tavern.
   1.   The facility shall be licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Commonwealth and any other applicable permitting and regulatory agencies.
   2.   Set backs:
      A.   For properties in the Commercial Zone, the lot or property line of such building shall not be located within 100 feet of any residential district or the property of any residential use, house of worship, school, care facility, public building, library, park or playground.
      B.   For properties in the Village Zone, the lot or property line of such building shall not be located within 100 feet of any residential district or the property of any residential use, house of worship, school, care facility, public building, library, park or playground.
       C.   For properties in the Business Park Zone, the lot or property line of such building shall not be located within 100 feet of any residential district or the property of any residential use, house of worship, school, care facility, public building, library, park or playground.
   3.   The applicant shall furnish evidence that the proposed use will not be detrimental to the use of adjoining properties due to hours of operation, light or litter.
   4. The applicant shall furnish evidence as to how the use will be controlled so as not to constitute a nuisance due to sound or loitering outside of the building.
