1. Hours of operation shall be limited to daylight hours.
2. No blasting shall be permitted.
3. Materials removed shall not be hauled or conveyed through Dover Borough unless road closures or other emergencies preclude any other reasonable route.
4. All activities and uses shall be subject to those regulations established from time to time by the Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (“DEP”) and/or the Bureau of Surface Mines of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“BSM”), which are applicable to such operations and uses.
5. The storage of quarry related vehicles and equipment, and the storage of raw materials related to shallow resource recovery shall be considered permitted accessory uses.
