1. Minimum lot area: one acre.
2. Minimum lot width: 150 feet.
3. Setbacks: all buildings shall be located at least 25 feet from any side property line.
4. Water and sewer facilities approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection must be used.
5. Access shall be via an arterial or collector road as identified in the Dover Township Comprehensive Plan.
6. Buffers and screens shall be provided as necessary to adequately protect neighboring properties. This includes, but is not limited fences, walls, plantings and open spaces.
