§ 27-615.   Commercial School.
   1.   Access shall be via an arterial or collector road as identified the Dover Township Comprehensive Plan.
   2.   A minimum of one off-street parking space shall be provided for each staff person plus an additional space shall be provided for each five students to be served by the facility.
   3.   Buffers and screens shall be provided as necessary to adequately protect neighboring properties.
