In order to prevent improper surface drainage upon streets, each building erected, structurally altered, or relocated, and its driveway must be at a satisfactory grade as determined by Township personnel relative to the established street grade or the existing street grade where none is established.
A. Sump Pump. Under no circumstance are they allowed to discharge directly onto the street. Connection should be made to storm sewer if available or daylighted within the lawn area halfway between the principal building and the road right-of-way line.
