§ 27-504. Minimum Habitable Floor Area.

All dwelling units must conform to the following minimum habitable floor area:

A. Dwelling unit, other than apartments and units in R-l zones: 700 square feet.

B. Dwelling units in R-1 zones: 850 square feet.

C. Apartment: 400 square feet.
