ARTICLE F: APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS
§ 5-4-41 ZONING AFFECTS ALL LANDS, BUILDINGS, AND STRUCTURES.
   No building, structure, or land shall hereafter be used or occupied, and no building, structure or part thereof shall hereafter be erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved or structurally altered unless in conformity with the regulations specified in this ordinance for the zoning district in which it is located.
§ 5-4-42 REGULATIONS REGARDED AS A MINIMUM.
   Within each zoning district, the regulations set forth by this ordinance shall apply uniformly to each class or kind of structure or land. In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this ordinance shall be held to be minimum requirements adopted for the promotion of the public health, safety, or general welfare.
§ 5-4-43 ONE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE PER LOT.
   No more than one (1) principal structure and its customary accessory structures may hereafter be erected on any lot, except as otherwise provided by this ordinance.
§ 5-4-44 COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER ORDINANCES.
   When requirements of this ordinance are at variance with requirements of any other applicable rule, regulation, ordinance, or statute, the most restrictive requirements, or those imposing the highest standards, shall apply.
§ 5-4-45 ACCESS TO STREET REQUIRED.
   Except as otherwise specifically provided, no building shall be located, used, or occupied on a lot without direct vehicular and pedestrian access to a public street.
