§ 5-4-33 INTERPRETATION OF DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
   Where uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of any zoning district, the following general rules of interpretation shall apply. It shall be the duty of the Code Enforcement Director to interpret the location of district boundaries.
   (A)   A zoning district name or letter of letter/number combination placed on the Zoning Map will show that the regulations pertaining to the district so designated extend throughout the whole area bounded by the district boundary line.
   (B)   District boundaries indicated as approximately following the center lines of streets, highways, alleys, railroads, streams, or bodies of water shall be construed to follow those center lines.
   (C)   District boundaries indicated as approximately following platted lot lines of tax map lot lines shall be construed as following those lot lines.
   (D)   District boundaries indicated as approximately following municipal boundaries shall be construed as following those municipal boundaries.
   (E)   District boundaries indicated as approximately parallel to or extensions of features indicated in subsections above shall be so construed for the distances indicated on the Zoning Map. Distances not specifically indicated shall be determined by the scale of the Map.
