Where a multitenant property is used or maintained in a manner that poses a substantial danger of injury or an adverse health impact to any person or property and is in violation of this ordinance, the Dallas Development Code, other city ordinances, rules or regulations, or any local, state, or federal laws or regulations, the director may ask the building official to revoke the multitenant property's certificate of occupancy.
