§ 34.38 AUTHORITY OF BOROUGH COUNCIL TO REMOVE BOROUGH FIRE CHIEF AND ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF.
   The Borough Council shall have the authority to remove the Borough Fire Chief and/or Assistant Fire Chief for neglect of duty or for any other cause touching upon or relating to the duties and powers of such officer and his or her relations to the Fire Department.
