§ 34.37 OATH REQUIRED BEFORE ASSUMING OFFICE.
   Before assuming office as such, the Borough Fire Chief and/or Assistant Fire Chief shall take an oath to be administered by the Mayor to faithfully perform the duties of their respective offices.
