§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty has been provided shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined $150 per occurrence.
   (B)   Whoever violates §§ 72.01, 72.11 or 72.12 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $250, or imprisoned not more than 60 days in the county jail, or both so fined and imprisoned.
   (C)   Whoever violates § 72.04 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500.
   (D)   Whoever violates § 72.10 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 per violation. Each occurrence shall constitute a separate violation and shall result in a maximum penalty per violation a sum not exceeding $500.
