§ 72.10 CARGO COVERS REQUIRED.
   No person shall operate on any street or public way in the city any motor truck, semi-trailer truck, trailer and/or tractor with an open or unenclosed cargo in excess of 30,000 pounds cargo weight without being equipped with a cover designed to fully enclose the total haul to ensure against undue damage to the streets and public ways of the city caused by the possible spillage of cargo. As used in this section, the word CARGO shall mean any haul, including material, equipment, minerals of any tangible nature hauled in an unattached state within the bed of a vehicle.
