16.40.030 Application review.
   Upon receipt of an application for a lot line adjustment, the Public Works Director and Community Development Director shall review the application to determine if it is complete and satisfies the requirements of this chapter and all other applicable laws. Within 30 days of the lot line application being accepted as complete, the application will be scheduled for review by the Board of Zoning Adjustment pursuant to § 17.98.120 of this code.
