(A) The City Council hereby delegates to the Community Development Director the duty, authority and power to establish, on or before September 30, 2017, and amend from time to time, guidelines and requirements for an expedited, streamlined permitting process for electric vehicle charging stations. The guidelines shall be consistent with California Government Code § 65850.7 and will allow for electronic submittal of permit applications and associated documentation. The Community Development Director shall also create the checklist required by California Government Code § 65850.7 and any forms or other related documents necessary to implement this section. The guidelines, checklist and all other permitting documentation shall be accessible on the city's website (www.DiscoverCorona.com).
(B) The administrative provisions set forth in Chapter 15.02 shall apply to this chapter.
