17.62.820 Conditional uses.
   The following uses may be permitted subject to approval of a conditional use permit:
   (A)   Conditionally permitted uses allowed in the underlying zone of the subject parcel.
   (B)   Dog kennel or breeder having five or more dogs.
   (C)   Cattery having ten or more cats.
