“Floodplain management regulations” means the zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, building codes, health regulations, floodplain management ordinance, grading ordinance and all other applicable ordinances and applications of the police power of the City of Corona. “Floodplain management regulations” also means state or local regulations, or any combination thereof, which provide standards for the purpose of flood damage prevention and reduction.
