17.102.040 Procedure.
   (A)   The Planning Director and directed city staff shall, within 21 working days after completion of filing, conduct a review of the submitted project. The applicant shall be invited to attend.
   (B)   The Planning Director shall, within 20 working days after the review, prepare and mail to the applicant a development plan review letter summarizing the requirements and recommendations of the staff.
