17.100.080 Appeal of Board decision.
   The applicant or any interested party may file a notice of appeal to the City Council regarding any determination by the Board. The notice of appeal shall be made on forms prepared and provided by the City Clerk. The appeal shall be filed with the City Clerk no later than ten working days after the date of the decision.
